The
UWC is pleased to offer a range of adaptable private rooms
or salons to suit your needs. From small business meetings
to large family get-togethers, we have something for
everyone!
We currently handle business meetings, seminars,
workshops, breakfast meetings, working lunches, private
parties, afternoon teas, Christmas parties, graduations,
class reunions, weddings and engagement parties.
(A club member receives a reduction in room rental fees if
she is the convener or hostess of the function.)
CATERING
Come enjoy the warm ambiance of our dining room. Taste the
scrumptious food prepared in our own kitchen. Meals are
available for dining in or take-out. Hearty soups, healthy
salads, stellar entrées and, of course, divine
desserts!
We
are open for lunch most weekdays. Call us for details and to
reserve! 416-979-2000.
We provide full catering for dinner parties up to 90
guests, cocktails for 120, or more intimate soirées from
10 guests to 40. Perhaps we can assist you with the
planning of your next important event. We will do our
utmost to ensure that everything is arranged to perfectly
suit your needs.
(Reservations are required for meals, and for the use of
other Club space.)

intimate weddings and wedding receptions. With its high
ceilings, grand piano and original Canadian art (some of it for
sale), the Grand Salon can be used on its own, or in
conjunction with our lovely outdoor summer deck. |

St. George/Bloor, and is readily accessible by car
or public transit. Our dining room plays host to
frequent breakfast meetings and working
lunches. |

Enjoy a nourishing
breakfast, light lunch or full dinner. The dining
room seats up to 90 guests. Our gracious staff are
eager to make your dining experience a pleasing and
memorable one. We invite you to discuss with them any
dietary restrictions you may have.
Members are always welcome to bring guests whenever
the dining room is open.
(There is a quarterly dining
room levy of $75 on food, exclusive of bar, taxes
and gratuities. The unused portion of the levy is
billed at the end of January, April, July and
October.) |

Equipped with a variety of books and periodicals, VCR and
DVD, this petite, quiet place is ideal for watching a bit
of television or a film, or for chatting with friends over a cup
of tea. |

Located on our lower level, where quiet and privacy is
assured, this room is ideal for business meetings,
workshops, seminars, think tanks, etc. for up to 15
people. For your convenience, we are
pleased to offer all the essential tools for an effective
presentation.

If
you have business associates or guests arriving from out
of town, we offer some of the finest value rooms in
Toronto. Our six beautifully furnished
bedrooms provide a
welcome retreat after a hectic day.
Beautiful dark
hardwood floors, sumptuous duvets and comforters, colourful
Indian carpets, antiques, wireless internet, flat-screen
TVs with cable, and huge closets. These rooms are as
individual as you are.
(Local phone calls are free on the house phone; however
kindly use your cell phone or calling card when making
long-distance calls.)

choice of twin, double or queen beds is available for your

PARKING |

Limited parking is available behind our building. An annual parking permit is
$175 (tax incl.) and must be displayed face
up on
the dashboard. The member must also sign in at Reception.
Handicapped parking is available.

Guests
will be charged for any damages or repairs necessary to any
meeting room or bedroom,
or the contents therein, subsequent to their stay at the
University Women’s Club of Toronto. |
