As professional women from all universities and accredited institutions, we are dedicated to the growth of educational opportunities for women. Students selected for scholarships are trying to improve their lives through education. THE HERITAGE FUND provides pillars of support in opening doors to both conventional and non-conventional educational opportunities. By encouraging excellence, THE HERITAGE FUND enables women to move forward on their own behalf and on their own terms.

A registered charity since 1997, we provide financial assistance to women students, thus enabling them to improve their status as women. We provide support for women trying to improve their socio-economic environment because the education of women makes a difference.

Over the past 100 years, we have seen the dramatic effects of the education of women.  Doors for women have been opened in business, education, politics and religion because social and economic disparities diminish women.

Only through education can women rise to assume influential roles in society. Scholarships are awarded to women in our belief that education is a truly empowering and transforming process.

We are located in the home of the University Women’s Club of Toronto, which is dedicated to providing opportunities for the growth of women through the pursuit of intellectual, cultural, corporate and social interests.
