The University Women’s Club of Toronto is an ideal setting
for your next business function. Outfitted and maintained
to meet the needs of our corporate guests, it acts as a
perfect cushion between business meetings and the frenzied
outside world. The atmosphere is private and relaxed to
afford optimum productivity.
Five meeting rooms of varying sizes can accommodate from
eight to 80 people, and can be configured to ideally suit
your needs.

Grand Salon |

Our largest meeting space, the Grand Salon can facilitate
up to 80 participants and is frequently used for speaking
engagements, seminars and workshops. In the warmer months,
use it in combination with our outdoor deck, the perfect
place for a delicious catered lunch between morning and
afternoon work sessions. |

North and South Salons
These versatile meeting rooms can be used in conjunction
with the Grand Salon, or on their own. Thanks to the
convenience of our 2nd floor satellite kitchen, these
rooms can easily be serviced for working lunches or
mid-morning or afternoon coffee breaks.

Our North Salon
is the smallest room and holds up to 10
people; a quiet, ideal space for those
brain-storming sessions. The South Salon, with
its sunny yellow walls and oriental detail,
can accommodate up to 25. |

A/V Equipment
The most up to date A/V equipment is available for your
use free of charge, while our wireless environment allows
for easy access to the internet.

Catering
Enjoy the warm ambiance of our dining room, or have a
working lunch in your meeting room. Taste the scrumptious
food prepared in our own kitchen. |

We provide full catering for dinner parties up to 90
guests, cocktails for 120, or more intimate soirées from
10 guests to 30. Perhaps we can assist you with the
planning of your next important event. We will do our
utmost to ensure that everything is arranged to
perfectly suit your needs. |

St. George Bar
Before dinner, unwind with a drink or glass of wine
in the St. George Bar or Fireplace Lounge. The bar
is cozy and relaxing; the Fireplace Lounge is a
warm, inviting place to sit and discuss the day's
events. |

Dining Room
This charming room seats up to 80 guests. You can plan a
sit-down meal, or an informal buffet. You can even arrange
an evening barbecue for your group on our breezy outdoor
deck. |

For your convenience, the Club offers limited parking
behind our building at $5.00/day.
